Order & Shipping Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped from our facilities.

What if I don't want to place an order over the Internet?
To place a telephone order, select the items you wish to order, and then call us at (800) 563-6544 with your credit card number, name and address.

Do you charge sales tax?
Brearley.com is located in Reading, Massachusetts. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts only.

When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order in 10 to 14 days. This includes the time to prepare your items (all items are produced to order), and the shipping time. You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been shipped. The email will include a UPS tracking number, allowing you to track your Brearley.com order by visiting UPS.com. Please keep in mind that UPS only delivers during weekdays. Also, check for updates on the website for UPS holiday shipping deadlines.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
We require that you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel your order, please contact us at (800)563-6544, or e-mail cancel@brearley.com.

What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Your shipping cost is determined by the total cost of your order. The shipping increments are as follows:

    - Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs and additional $6.00.
    - Shipping to Canada costs an additional $5.00 (US$).

You will be shown the shipping charges before you submit your order.

Do you ship overseas?
The Brearley Collection will ship overseas, but you must place your order with a customer service representative by calling (800) 563-6544. Overseas orders cannot be placed online.

Do you ship to a post office box?
We cannot accept orders that ship to a post office box. We can only ship orders to a street address.

Can I ship to a location other than my billing address?
To ship to another address, please enter your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field during checkout.

Can I frame a print I already own?
We only frame prints that are purchased through Brearley.com. The print, frame, mat, and glass must all be purchased at the same time.

Can I purchase just a frame, mat, or glass?
We are a custom-framing gallery. We do not sell framing supplies.

Do you offer a catalog?
Yes! You can purchase the entire Brearley Collection catalog by visiting our retail store in the South Market Building of Quincy Market, or by calling (800) 563-6544, or by sending a check or money order for $8.00 to:

Do you sell wholesale?
Brearley.com has a wholesale structure to fit your needs. Please contact our wholesale department at (781) 944-7580.

What if I forgot my username and password?
Your email address is your username. If you have forgotten your password, there is a place at the start of the checkout process that allows you to retrieve your password. Enter your email address, and your password will be sent out to you immediately

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, immediately contact our customer service department at (800) 563-6544 for further instructions. We will ship an identical replacement to you at no additional charge. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials. Depending on the value of your order, the materials may need to be returned and inspected.

What is your return policy?
At Brearley.com, we work hard to provide you with the highest quality photographic images. If however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Brearley.com, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a refund. No questions asked. To return your order, simply pack your print in the same packaging it was shipped and return it within 15 days to:

Please be sure to include all the necessary information to process your return, such as your packing slip and a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number, including the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Brearley.com uses state-of-the-art secure server software (SSL) to prevent your valuable information from being tampered with or compromised in any way. Our secure server software encrypts the information you enter before it is sent over the Internet. This greatly decreases the ability of outsiders to gain access to your personal data or credit card information.

How does Brearley.com use my personal information?
You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by Brearley.com. It is the policy of Brearley.com to not loan nor sell customer information to anyone, nor share that information with anyone. However, if you have placed an order at Brearley.com, we may, from time to time, use the email address you provided to send you information about news and offerings from Brearley.com. Those emails will contain an opt-out feature allowing you to stop receipt of these emails.
