Babe Ruth

The Sultan of Swat, the Bambino, Babe started with the Red Sox in 1914 but was sold to the New York Yankees in 1919 to finance a Broadway play. He went on to become arguably the most beloved player in baseball history. Our vintage photos capture this larger-than-life baseball icon.
